RETURN POLICY
At NYC Wheels, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our comprehensive return policy, which outlines the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging goods, and details the point of delivery and passing of risk to ensure a smooth and transparent process for our valued customers.
Point of Delivery and Passing Risk
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of goods must be made within 48 hours after placing the order or before the goods are dispatched. This process may involve fees.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Goods:
Goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they meet the following criteria:
Damaged Goods:
- Replacement goods will only be shipped after we receive the damaged item(s).
Fitment Issues:
- Applies only to wheels and tyres that do not fit your vehicle according to the buyer’s specifications.
Condition of Returned Items:
- All items returned to NYC Wheels must be packed and wrapped safely and received in a resaleable condition with no damages to any part of the wheel.
Return Procedure:
- All returns must be made within 14 days from the purchase date via our Return Procedure.
- A valid return form must be submitted. Please email your request to [email protected].
Conditions for Return:
- Products must be in their original packaging and in new and resaleable condition.
- Any product that has been used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
- Shipping costs are not covered by NYC Wheels.
Exceptions to Return Policy:
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).
- Personalized items (custom machined, custom engraved, drilled, or painted).
- Any goods marked down on special or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery and Risk:
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer shall take delivery of the goods at the buyer-nominated delivery address, and the risk in respect of the goods shall pass upon such delivery.
- To the extent that NYC Wheels accepts responsibility for damaged goods in transit, such responsibility shall end upon delivery to the buyer’s store or authorized agent.
- NYC Wheels accepts no liability for damage to goods in transit not notified in writing within 48 hours after delivery to the buyer.
